Huawei, one of the top smartphone brands in the world, at the time of launching the Mate 20 Pro said that it won’t release the DxO Mark camera test ratings just yet. The reason for not revealing the score was that it already had Huawei P20 Pro on top of the list. But the firm seems to have decided to have let go of that claim. Now, we have Huawei P20 Pro and Huawei Mate 20 Pro both tied in the first place in DxO Mark ratings.
According to the updated list, Huawei Mate 20 Pro and P20 Pro are on top with 109 score each, while others are below. Here’s how the new list looks like:

According to DxO Mark, the smartphone scored 114 in the Photo section and 97 in a video section.
Huawei Mate 20 Pro camera specifications:
Huawei Mate 20 Pro features triple Leica-branded cameras at the back. The setup includes a 40MP autofocus wide-angle lens with f/1.8 aperture along with a 20MP Ultra-wide-angle lens with f/2.2 aperture and an 8MP telephoto lens with f/2.4 aperture. At the front, you have a 24MP camera with f/2 aperture along with support for 3D Depth Sensing Camera.
The P20 Pro’s camera setup is slightly different. It has a 40MP autofocus sensor with f/1.8 aperture, 20MP monochrome sensor with f/1.6 aperture and an 8MP telephoto sensor with f/2.4 aperture. The front-facing camera stays the same as P20 Pro.
