Government of India, Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is going to conduct Stenographer recruitment 2018-19 to the post of Stenographer Grade ‘C’ and ‘D’ Examination 2018 in Computer Based Examination (CBE) Mode. The SSC Steno 2018 online application and detailed information will be available in SSC official website and also available on IndGovtJobs blog from 22nd October 2018 (Monday). Eligible Graduates / Degree Holders with Steno knowledge Indian Citizens apply online on or before 19th November 2018.

The No of Vacancies will be determined in due course. The vacancies to be filled in Ministries/ Departments of Central Government, including their Attached/ Subordinate offices located in States and Union Territories all over the country.

Age Limit: The Upper Age Relaxation – 05 Years for SC / ST, 03 Years for OBC, for others as per Government Rules

Stenographer Grade C –> Minimum 18 years  to Maximum 30 Years
Stenographer Grade D –> Minimum 18 years to Maximum 27 Years

Educational Qualification: Matriculation and 12th class pass or equivalent from a recognized board.

Selection Process: Online Examination (Computer Based) and Stenography Skill Test.
