Job Description:

  • Incident and Problem ticket handling using CISM tool.
  • Operations Demands (Customer/Internal task) handling through RTC
  • Root Cause Analysis of problems reported by the users.
  • Communication & coordination with the vendor IBM for problem resolution
  • Deployments of scripts & work packages on Integration & Production environment
  • Documentation and contribution to predefined Knowledge Database in SharePoint
  • Coordinate with different teams in India & Germany
  • Coordinate with the Infrastructure team in Daimler on maintenance of the environment
  • Installing, upgrading and maintaining Enterprise CLM deployments
  • Data migration from other tools/platforms to IBM Jazz CLM Enterprise platform.
  • Providing technical design/architecture & solutions for customization with respective to Jazz applications
  • Handling tickets which are assigned to L2 group
  • Support Level 1 team with all technical queries related to the IBM Jazz CLM platform
  • Provide build, stream strategies to development teams in RTC
  • Fine tuning Enterprise CLM environment (Monitoring, Server issues)

Good to have

  • Good knowledge on customizing Jazz tools (plugin customization, java scripts, java client programs, integration adapters)
  • Good knowledge on Integrating Jazz tools with other 3rd party tools (Atlassian, open source , SVN, GIT)
  • Customer interaction and ownership of escalations , high level/complex tasks
