This new EA service will let users get free game trials and discounts on PS4.
Leading game publisher Electronic Arts has finally revealed the launch date of the EA Access, the subscription service from the company, for PlayStation 4. As per the website, EA Access will launch on July 24 on the platform. The countdown timer on the EA’s website reveals the exact launch time of the service, which is 5 PM PT (5:34 AM in India).

The subscription service from the company will cost $5/month ( approximately Rs 345) and $30/year (approximately Rs 2,070), which is similar to the Xbox version of the service.
EA Access features and offers
The EA Access members will get access to the game catalogue called Vault which EA promises to keep on updating with new games. For now, the library includes some popular titles such as Titanfall 2, Madden NFL 19, Battlefield V, Burnout Paradise, SIMs 4, Mass Effect Andromeda and more.
Apart from this, the members will get an additional discount of 10% on the purchase of EA’s games and other content on PS4 which includes full games, season passes, DLC’s, etc.
PS4 users can sign up the early access and try as many new EA games prior to the launch of the game. EA is also assuring players that it will save all the progress of the game if they choose to purchase the game.
For those unaware, EA Access subscription service was first launched in 2014 on Xbox One platform but back then, Sony didn’t authorise EA to launch the service on PlayStation. The subscription service is also available on PC and is known by the name of Origin Access.

- Agree with the terms and conditions and click the ‘Sign up’ button.
