SBI phone banking 2019: Registration via SBI customer care number, SBI ATM, SBI branch.

New Delhi: State Bank of India (SBI), India’s largest bank by customers and asset size, offers the facility of phone banking with which all the SBI customers are capable of operating several banking transactions with the help of a phone. The phone banking services provided by the banks are extremely useful for customers who are not having an active internet connection. With the help of phone banking services of SBI, a person can execute many of the banking transactional services through the contact centre, State Bank of India said.



 

The SBI customers willing to use the SBI phone banking facility are required to have their respective mobile numbers registered with the SBI bank account. To access SBI phone banking, the customer is required to have a user ID and password. For SBI phone banking services, the user ID is the account number and password can be generated via various modes including contacting the phone banking centre of State Bank, visiting SBI ATM, or by visiting SBI branch. Following the successful registration by any of the methods, a 6-digit phone banking password will be sent on registered mobile number.

SBI phone banking registration via call: SBI phone banking password can be generated through contact centre by calling the toll free number 1800-11-22-11 or 1800-425-3800 or toll number 080-26599990. The customer will be directed to select the correct path by the Interactive Voice Response (IVR). You have enter ATM card number issued against the account, PIN, account number and mobile number. In case the user is not calling from the registered mobile number, the bank advises to follow the steps provided by the IVR.



 

SBI phone banking registration via SBI ATM: Users are also allowed to generate the phone banking password via SBI ATM by selecting the registration option given in the ATM screen. A user is required to enter the ATM PIN and select “Phone Banking Registration”, enter the registered mobile number and select ‘correct’.

SBI phone banking registration via SBI branch: SBI phone banking registration can also be processed by personally visiting the home branch of SBI and submitting the duly filled phone banking application form.
