IOCL recruitment 2018: Eligible candidates will be selected for multiple trades for the southern regions of Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karnataka, Kerala, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.



IOCL recruitment 2019: The Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) through a recruitment notification has invited applications from interested candidates for as many as 420 posts of technical, non-technical and technician trade apprentices. Eligible candidates will be selected for multiple trades for the southern regions of Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karnataka, Kerala, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.



According to the notification, candidates need to register them online for the apprenticeship as the process has already started. The last date to complete online formalities is February 10, 2019 till 5 pm.

Interested candidates need to following details for submitting their applications for the Indian Oil recruitment.

1. They should first register them with the regional directorate of apprenticeship training (RDAT) of the respective state they are submitting their application.

2. Candidates can also apply at aprenticeship.gov/Pages/Apprenticesgip/home.aspx for non-technical posts.



3. For technical jobs, candidates should apply at portal.mhrdnats.gov.in/boat/commonRedirect/resgiermenunew!registernenunew.action.

Indian Oil recruitment: Eligibility

Education qualification: Interested candidates should have three years of diploma in engineering or relevant discipline can apply. They need to have 50 per cent marks in their degree or diploma. The minimum marks for OC and SC/ST candidates is 45%.

According to IOCL notification, applicants with a diploma on or after January 1, 2017, can only apply.
Age limit: Candidates should have minimum age of 18 years and their maximum age should not exceed 24 years as on December 21, 2018. A relaxation of five years for candidates belonging to Sc/ST candidates and three years for OBC category candidates is assured.

Meanwhile, candidates belonging to PwD category will get a relaxation on the upper age limit by 10 years.



Examination: Candidates will to appear for written test which will comprise 100 questions and have a limit of 90 minutes duration.

The examination will be MCQ-based format, wherein, question paper will be bilingual – English and Hindi. The written exam will carry 85 per cent weightage.

Selected candidates will have to face interview, which will carry 15 per cent weightage.

After selection, candidates will be paid a stipend of Rs 2500 per month.
