HSSC Instructor & Other Posts: Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Instructor: Candidates should have a bachelor degree in Engineering / Technology or Diploma in Engineering OR ITI qualified.
- Librarian: Candidates should have a bachelor degree in Library Science from a recognized university.
- Lab Attendant: One year and six-month duration certificate Course or Diploma in concerned trade.
- Storekeeper: Candidates must have a bachelor degree in Business Administration or Commerce or bachelor degree in Arts with Math/ Economics subject, passed with minimum 55% marks.
Age Limit
Candidates between 17 to 42 years of age can apply for the post.
HSSC Instructor & Other Posts: Exam Pattern
The examination will comprise of 100 marks. The written exam will have 90 marks and Socio-Economic criteria and experience for 10 marks. The 90 marks of written examination shall be divided into to parts comprising: 75% weight for General Awareness, Reasoning, Maths, Science, Computer, English, Hindi and concerned or relevant subject, as applicable and 25% weightage for History, Current Affairs, Literature, Geography, Civics, Environment, Culture etc. of Haryana.
Other details
The Examination either Online (CBT) or OMR Based is likely to be held in the month of September & October 2019 and the date, time and place of examination will be as per admit card. Use of mobile phone and other electronics device in Haryana Staff Selection Commission is strictly prohibited. Candidates can check for more details from the official site of HSSC.
