Diwali 2018 top prepaid recharge offers: With the upcoming festival of Diwali in mind, telecom operators have begun introducing special offers, that provide great data benefits, while also bundling unlimited calls and free SMS.

State-run BSNL had announced a plan with 10 days validity that would remain valid until the end of Diwali. Meanwhile, Reliance Jio had also announced the Jio Diwali offer with a prepaid plan valid for 365 days. Here are the best deals that will be available for prepaid customers subscribing to different telecom services.

Diwali 2018 prepaid recharge offers: BSNL Rs 78 prepaid plan



BSNL had introduced a Rs 78 prepaid plan offer during Navratri, that was launched for the festive season. This will be valid till end of Diwali. Through this plan, BSNL prepaid subscribers will get unlimited calling, unlimited data and unlimited video calling benefits. Users can choose to employ video calling services across apps and services, as BSNL comes with FUP speeds as well.

On the other hand, prepaid subscribers will not receive SMS benefits, which means that messages sent by those subscribed to the Rs 78 plan will carry regular tariffs. The plan remains valid for 10 days.

Diwali 2018 prepaid recharge offers: Reliance Jio Diwali offer



Reliance Jio had also introduced a new ‘Jio Diwali offer’ that will be available to prepaid subscribers between October 18 and October 30, which will cost Rs 1,699. As per the plan details, Jio will offer 1.5GB data per day, unlimited calling without FUP limits, as well as 100 free SMS per day.

Jio prepaid subscribers should note that once they exceed the daily data limit, they will get speeds of 64Kbps. The plan benefits will remain for 365 days, meaning that through the plan period, Reliance Jio will provide 547GB data, at a cost of Rs 1,699.

In addition, subscribers will receive 100 per cent cashback coupons, that will be sent to a user’s MyJio account.

Diwali 2018: Vodafone, Airtel latest prepaid plans

Vodafone had recently introduced the Rs 597 plan, aimed at feature phone users. Prepaid subscribers will receive benefits of 10GB data, as well as unlimited call benefits as well as 100 daily SMS. Users should note, though, their daily limit of 250 minutes, or weekly limits of 1000 minutes calling.

Vodafone feature phone owners will receive plan validity for 168 days, while regular smartphone owners will come with a validity of 112 days. On the other hand, Airtel’s Rs 597 plan offers unlimited calling alongside FUP benefits, while providing the same data and SMS benefits. This offer will be valid for 114 days.

Airtel had revamped its prepaid plan, worth Rs 219 offering 1.5GB data per data for 28 days, alongside unliomited calling and 100 daily SMS. Users will also receive Hello Tunes subscription free for the recharge duration.

Vodafone’s Rs 209 plan comes with unlimited calling, 100 daily SMS, as well as 1.5GB data per day. Across both plans, users will receive total data benefits of 42GB 4G/3G/2G data.
