So what’s wrong with your smartphone, and what will you do now? A survey by Flipkart, which recently launched an insurance scheme for mobile phones (called Complete Mobile Protection) it sells,
has found that four in 10 consumers end up with broken screens, and a fifth carry on as long as possible without getting their devices repaired. Also, 43% of those with broken phones go to an authorised service center while a nearly one in four prefer the local mobile repair shop.
